Product description

Selected docynia fruit steeped in leaf-yeast sticky-rice spirit, giving a distinctive aroma, a lightly tart and tannic body threaded with soft sweetness, and an easy finish. This one carries the flavour of the Northwest highlands.

How to serve

Shake well before pouring, and it is better cold. Enjoy alongside Vietnamese food.

Keep it well

Store somewhere dry and cool, out of direct sunlight, and reseal firmly after opening so the spirit does not evaporate.
