Muội is building an ecosystem for Vietnamese traditional spirits — connecting native harvests, artisans and regional culture into products of real value.
Once, every region of Vietnam had its own spirit, tied to its people and its soil. Those earthen jars were present at meals, weddings, Tết and life’s great occasions.
But over time many craft villages faded, many recipes were lost, and the value of traditional spirits was slowly forgotten.
Muội was born to reawaken that essence — seeking out honest makers, native ingredients and the stories still hidden in each land.
